News for July 2001

• Studio wins national titles in Las Vegas.
From July 17 to the 22nd our students travelled down to Las Vegas to dance in the Kids Artistic Revue National Competition. This huge competition attracts thousands of talented dancers from around the country. Our students did great! In addition to performing well in all categories, our studio became both the Intermediate National Grand Champions and the Elite National Grand Champions! This is another tremendous achievement by our dancers.

The Intermediate Team made up of Sara Carter, Alexandra de Lory, Monique Hinsberg, Karen Hsi, Kimberley Hung, Jennifer Phan, Morgan Waltrip, and Jaime Wu performed "Bethlehem."

Our Elite Team made up of Victoria Allen, Katrina Balbuena, Melissa Bebee, Megan Ellis, Ashley Ho, Julie Lanier, and Kerry McMahon performed "Hotel California."
